Template:Biane's Article Notes

It looks like you want to "transclude" information from another page and include it into a userbox or a tocbox. You almost did it correctly except for 2 details. When writing an article, you don't need to use a "namespace" but when creating a template or text to use on another page, you need to use the "Template:" namespace.

First, instead of creating the page
Biane's Article Notes
You will need to create the page
Template:Biane's Article Notes

Second, instead of linking to the page like this
[[Biane's Article Notes]]
You'll want to transclude information from the page like this
{{Bianes's Article Notes}}

Notice that you didn't type {{Template:Biane's Article Notes}}. This is because using curly brackets assumes that you are using the "Template:" namespace. Also, assume everything is case sensitive.
