The Research Society on Alcoholism (RSA) sponsered a series of educational lectures, on a range of topics within the field of alcohol research. This website features all 32 lectures -- 16 lectures presented in 2006 and 16 lectures in 2008. These lectures are available for viewing in quicktime Download Quicktime Player free at apple.com for Mac or Windows movie format. The presenters powerpoint slides and lecture notes are available to download as well.
Through the gracious funding of the NIAAA, RSA is able to provide both the public and the scientific community with an electronically broadcast series of lectures by some of the top researchers in the field of alcohol and alcoholism research. These video podcasts have the potential to reach thousands of individuals across the globe and helps to disseminate information about the harmful effects of alcohol and potential treatments that are begining to surface.
